Order Acceptance & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers are strongly advised to check the parcel in front of the delivery agent (if allowed by courier)
  • Once the parcel is accepted and payment is made, it will be considered final acceptance of the product
  • Refusal at doorstep without valid reason may lead to blacklisting from future COD orders
  • Repeated failed deliveries may require advance payment for future orders

Return Eligibility (Strict Conditions)

A return request will ONLY be accepted if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)
  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Minor stitching variations inherent in handmade or bulk production

Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To claim any damage, missing item, or incorrect product:

You MUST provide a **full unboxing video**

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The opening process
  • The product condition

 **No unboxing video = No return/refund claim will be accepted**

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

For **COD orders**, refunds will be sent via:

Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)

Delivery charges are **non-refundable**

FA Smart Shop reserves the right to:

  • Deduct delivery or handling charges
  • Reject refund if product condition does not match return claim

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong items delivered

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If unavailable, a refund will be issued as per policy.

Return Shipping Policy
